CO-DEVELOPMENT
InfraCo Asia will consider co-development in specific infrastructure opportunities in South Asia and South-east Asia, that are already under development and subject to the following guidelines:
– Infrastructure opportunities are at pre-financial close stage
– Proposed investments meet the qualification criteria (in accordance with the PIDG and InfraCo Asia Operating Policies and Procedures (OPPs)
– Evidence that InfraCo Asia’s involvement is additional, helping projects achieve financial close that otherwise may not, rather than substituting for private investment
Developers who are interested in working with InfraCo Asia may submit their proposals to Info@infracoasia.com.
