He shared his views as part of a panel discussion, “The Road Ahead: Latest policies and strategies to mobilise the capital for energy and infrastructure finance in Asia Pacific”; and he moderated a panel titled, “PPPs in Asia’s Energy and Infrastructure: Future Trends”.
