Genevie Yeo joined InfraCo Asia in January 2019 as Analyst, Portfolio Management. In this role, she works across the lifecycle of InfraCo Asia’s Co-Development projects from signing of JIDA to Financial Close. She also serves in another role that includes defining, monitoring and enhancing the developmental impact of InfraCo Asia’s projects
Genevie brings seven years of experience to her work at InfraCo Asia, most recently serving as Senior Executive, Corporate Development and Finance for Sunseap Group. There, she applied her investment analysis and due diligence skills to assessing opportunities in the Asia-Pacific solar sector. Genevie honed her financial, sector and macroeconomic research skills at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC), where she was Assistant Vice President, Corporate Research. Genevie started her career at Absolute Asia Asset Management (now Ostrum Asset Management) as a Research Associate, working closely with the investment team to evaluate stock positions.
Genevie is a certified Chartered Financial Analyst. She holds a Master’s Degree in Sustainability Management from Columbia University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the National University of Singapore (NUS). She is an active environmental advocate, and has been named a Climate Reality Leader as part of Al Gore’s Climate Reality Project.
