As Head of Business Development at InfraCo Asia, Karen is responsible for overseeing the transaction phase of the project life cycle, management of credit enhancement investments, as well as the establishment of strategic partnerships to catalyse private sector investment in sustainable infrastructure projects. 

Karen is a seasoned infrastructure investment executive, with nearly 20 years of experience in infrastructure investment across transaction advisory, business development and fund and asset management roles. She commenced her career in investment banking at Goldman Sachs, followed by nearly a decade in infrastructure funds management where she supported the CEO of an A$2bn listed infrastructure fund and later developed new investment products in strategic partnership with large corporations in India, Malaysia and Indonesia. 

Karen holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) degree and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Melbourne, a Diploma from the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is a CFA charter holder.
