Rayne is a Finance Manager at InfraCo Asia, where she provides accounting and finance monitoring, oversight support and transaction support for various projects under InfraCo Asia’s development and investment programmes.

Prior to joining InfraCo Asia, Rayne spent 2 years in Xander Investment Management’s finance team working closely with senior management on accounting, tax and reporting processes. Rayne started her career as an external auditor with KPMG where she led multiple teams in conducting financial and compliance audits for multinational corporations, with a focus on capital markets services. She has over 6 years of finance and accounting experience in the financial services industry.

Rayne is a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Accountancy) degree from the National University of Singapore (NUS).
