Howard is a Manager in the Technical & Implementation team at InfraCo Asia. He is responsible for oversight and guidance in undertaking assessment, planning, documentation, design, tendering, contracting and construction of infrastructure facilities across InfraCo Asia’s mandated countries.

Prior to joining InfraCo Asia, Howard has held project management and engineering roles in organisations such as Applied Materials, Darco Water Technologies and Keppel FELS. He has managed projects across Singapore, Vietnam, China and Azerbaijan in a wide range of sectors including oil and gas, water treatment and quality systems in the semiconductor industry.

Howard holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) from Nanyang Technological University and Diploma in Aeronautical Engineering from Singapore Polytechnic.
