Legal Counsel

Reporting to the Head of Legal (Asia) and as a member of the global Legal function of the PIDG Group, working closely with all functions in InfraCo Asia including the Indonesia-based Project team, Business Development, Investment Management and Finance, the Legal Counsel will provide transactional, legal, compliance and risk management support to InfraCo Asia investments and projects.

This opening is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

HSES Advisor

The HSES Advisor is expected to support the implementation of the PIDG HSES risk management framework (and development arm HSES risk management processes as applicable) primarily for investments in the portfolio of our project development arm in Asia (InfraCo Asia). Although the appointed candidate should support the Impact team in the implementation of the HSES risk management framework holistically across all HSES-related subject matters, the candidate will be expected to have a thematic focus on nature.

The appointed candidate will be based out of the PIDG Asia regional office in Singapore. Some travel will be expected between the PIDG offices and to project sites.

Impact Advisor

The primary purpose of the role is to provide input into the regular impact review of prospective PIDG investments and the monitoring of the impact performance of existing PIDG investments. The role will take primary responsibility for deals generated by PIDG project development arm (InfraCo) in Asia, although they will also be involved in other deals and develop specific thematic expertise in line with the priorities of PIDG Impact function.
